Dr. Sushant Kishore Waghmare has a rich and varied experience in the field of management. He has been an entrepreneur, consultant, research scholar and academician. His experience includes developing and managing his own businesses in the hospitality sector to currently being a faculty for Human Resource Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Environment & Business Laws.

He managed his business for hospitality services between 2008-2011. He completed his MBA from Pune University and completed his LLB from RTMNU and LLM from G.H. Raisoni University and MA from IGNOU. He was awarded his Ph.D. in 2020.

He is an accomplished academician and has participated in multiple seminars, conferences and published research papers in journals of both national and international renown. His areas of interest include Stress Management, Employee Engagement, Human Resource Development and Behavioral Finance.
