Dr. Sumit A. Bamhore is an alumnus of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur from its maiden batch of LL.M. He holds the specialisation in Corporate and Commercial Laws. He is also awarded with Ph.D. by Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur in the year 2022 on the topic "Regulatory Framework for Real Estate Sector in India: A Critical Study". He has obtained LL.B. from RTMNU, Nagpur in the year 2016. He cleared UGC-NET (Law) in 2019 and MH-SET (Law) in 2018. Dr. Sumit is also the Centre In-charge of the Centre for Sports Laws of the Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. He is also a Course Co-Ordinator of One-Year LL.M. (Postgraduate) Degree Course for Executives and Postgraduate Diploma in Banking Laws offered by the Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. In addition to teaching and writing, Dr. Sumit is actively involved in the administration of the University and currently, he is performing an additional responsibility of Assistant Registrar (Administration). He has developed the ERP system for the University and ensured smooth integration of various academic and non-academic activities of the University on the Virtual platform. He has also served as a Co-editor of the Contemporary Law Journal, a Biannual Faculty Peer Reviewed Journal of the Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. Prior to joining Maharashtra National Law University as an Assistant Professor of Law, he was associated with the University as a Research Associate from the year 2018. Dr. Sumit has also completed BBA (Finance) from RTMNU, Nagpur in 2010 and MBA (Finance) from Edith Cowan University, Australia in 2012. He also served as Financial Analyst at one of the Premium Investment Banks in the world during March 2012-April 2013.
