Presently, working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. An alumnus of National Law Institute University, Bhopal and Ph.D. (Law) from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, before joining to academia, Dr. Manish has served (2009-2012) as a Consumer Advocacy Officer & Registrar to Electricity Ombudsman in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, Bhopal, India. Prior to joining Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, he has worked as Assistant Professor in Jagran Lakecity University in Bhopal, Amity University in Noida, Jaipur National University in Jaipur, and he was also a guest faculty at Barkatullah University, Bhopal.
 
His primary interest areas include Energy Laws, Telecommunications laws, Real Estate Laws, Biotechnology patent, Trade Secret, and Technology Transfer & Patent Drafting. Currently, he is teaching the Law of Contract, Civil Procedure and Infrastructure Laws at the undergraduate level, Energy Laws in India, Telecommunication laws in India and International Telecommunication Laws in LL.M. He is Centre in charge of Energy and Telecommunication Laws and Course Coordinator, Postgraduate Diploma in Energy Laws and Policy which is has designed and developed. As a Centre In-Charge has submitted suggestions for the proposed Amendment to Electricity Act, 2003 and also suggested some additional changes in the form of a SEPARATE DRAFT BILL to the Ministry of Power, Government of India.
 
He has designed and developed a new LL.M. specialization in Energy and Telecommunication Laws. In his experience of more than ten years of experience, he has also executed various charges like Dy. Examination Superintendent, Member of Area Advisory Board, Member of Research Committee, Member of Moot Court Society, and Member of Placement Committee, In-Charge of Hostel, Mess-Committee and Faculty in charge of Non-Teaching Credit Courses. He was also a member of the Proctorial Board at the University Level.
 

Dr. Yadav has authored twelve books and more than thirty-six papers. Besides organizing conferences, he has also presented research papers in national and international seminars and attended training programs at prestigious institutes such as IIT-Kanpur, Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad, Central Power Research Institute, Bhopal, and N.P.T.I. Faridabad. 
Recently, Satyam Law International, New Delhi has published his seminal work on “Law Relating to Trade Secret and Technology Transfer” is the first book to bring academic attention to Trade Secret and Technology Transfer in India. His previous book titled as “Energy Laws- Regulation in the Electricity Sector and Protection of Consumer Rights-Regulatory Framework’’ has been foreword by Shri Piyush Goyal (Ex-Minister of State for Power, Coal, and New & Renewable Energy) Government of India, published by Kamal Publishers, Delhi. He had delivered various lectures at National Academy of Direct Taxes, Nagpur, Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, UGC-HRDC Centre-Indore and UGC-HRDC Centre-Goa. 
He is on the Board of Editors of many national and international journals and member of various international professional bodies like Corporate Law Teachers Association, Sydney, Australia & the International Nuclear Law Association in Brussels, Belgium. He is a lifetime member of the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad. 

He was awarded ‘GRABS Best Young Teacher Award 2017’ by GRABS Educational Charitable Trust, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
