  • National Seminar on Changing Dynamics of Intellectual Property Rights

The University organised a National Seminar on 'Changing Dynamics of Intellectual Property Rights' on March 30, 2019. Hon'ble Smt. Justice Bharti Dangre, Judge, Bombay High Court was the Chief Guest of the Seminar. The seminar was also graced with the presence of various experts hailing from the field of Intellectual Property Rights such as Shri. G. R Raghvender, Joint Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India; Hon'ble Shri Justice K.J. Rohee, Former Judge, Bombay High Court; Prof. (Dr.) T. Ramakrishna, Professor of Law, National Law School of India, Bangalore; Dr. Raman Mittal, Associate Professor of Law, Delhi University; Shri W.M. Dhumane, Former Senior Director, Patent and Design, Mumbai. The seminar highlighted the need for striking a balance between protection of rights of the creators and the users in the technologically driven world. The seminar experienced participation of Students, Faculties, Research Scholars, Academicians, Officers, Professionals, etc. from various parts of the country.
