  • MNLU, Nagpur concludes Online Faculty Development Porgramme on March 6, 2021

Centre for Intellectual Property Rights at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur and the UGC-Human Resource Development Centre, DAVV, Indore jointly organised online short-term Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Intellectual Property Rights between March 01 and 06, 2021. Prof. (Dr.) Vijender Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, MNLU, Nagpur congratulated the participants and the association of the institutes for organising the FDP with aim of contributing to ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ mission. The one-week course was designed for training and orienting the faculties from various disciplines of Higher Education Institutions from Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujrat, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Haryana, and Assam on emerging issues in Intellectual Property Rights regime. The Centre head Dr. Ragini P. Khubalkar informed that the aim of Faculty Development Program is to sensitize the teachers with these new fields. The co- organiser Prof. Namrata Sharma, Director & Coordinator HRDC, DAVV, Indore extended her views on the success of the programme. The programme consisted 22 interactive sessions in the course of seven days and more than 15 experts from respective fields addressed the participants on various facets of Intellectual Property. The participants contributed to the program with their feedback and appreciated the moderating team ShwetaKulkarni and Srijan Mishra, the Research Assistants with the DPIIT- IPR Chair for the success of the Programme.
