Dr.Sopan Shinde
Assistant Professor of English
Dr. Sopan Shinde joined National Law University, Nagpur as Assistant Professor of English in November 2016. He has Master's degree in English and has qualified UGC NET and Maharashtra SET, and PhD in Human Rights and Literature. He teaches interdisciplinary courses: Law and Language, Law and Literature, Logical and Legal Reasoning, and Human Rights and Literature. His areas of interest include law and literature, human rights and literature, forensic linguistics, constitutional and human rights culture, and persuasive communication.
He has presented several papers in national and international seminars and conferences. He has 10 years of previous teaching experience. He has taught Vocational English at graduate level and Indian Writing in English at post-graduate level besides English language in IGCSE and A-Levels.
