Prof. Aarti Anand Tayde

Assistant Professor of Law

 

Prof. Aarti Tayde has completed her Bachelor in Laws (LL.B.) and Master in Laws (Criminology) from Amravati University, she also has a Masters in English Literature from Amravati University. She is at present pursuing PhD in Child Victimization from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. She has cleared the UGC-NET exam. Certificate course in Legislative Drafting.

She has a rich experience of 14 years in Academia prior to which she also worked professionally as an Advocate before Courts of Law. Before Joining MNLU Nagpure, she worked as Assistant Professor in MITWPU School of law, has also served as an Assistant Professor at ILS Law College, Pune. She joined Balaji Law College, Pune in 2007 as an approved full-time faculty, after serving as visiting lecturer in Dr. B.R. Ambedkar College of Law, Nagpur (Dhikshabhumi). She has delivered lectures in law subjects in tutorials run by Jamia Millia Islamia Central University for the aspirant students of Competitive Examinations. She has lectured on Law of Crimes, Evidence, Code of Criminal Procedure, Administrative Law, Family law,Contract, Interpretation of Statute, Research Methodology and Legal History. She has published extensively in National and International Journals on a number of topics.
